Dr. Alejandro Ibarra Villanueva is a visionary education leader dedicated to advancing academic excellence and student-centered learning at Syndesi School. He holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.), major in Educational Management, with expertise in school leadership, curriculum development, and educational innovation. Through his leadership, he promotes inclusive, technology-driven, and values-based education that prepares students to become future-ready and responsible members of society.

Dr. Elias Gabriel Mercado serves as the Academic Coordinator at Syndesi School, overseeing academic programs, curriculum development, and instructional improvement. He holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.), major in Curriculum and Instruction, and promotes innovative teaching strategies, technology integration, critical thinking, and creative learning approaches that help students achieve their full potential.

Ms. Maria Clara Santos Reyes serves as the School Principal of Syndesi School, leading the school’s commitment to academic excellence, student development, and a positive learning environment. She holds a Master of Arts in Education (M.A.Ed.) in Educational Management, with extensive experience in academic leadership and school administration. She is dedicated to fostering a safe, supportive, and engaging school culture where students develop not only academically, but also in character, confidence, and compassion.

Ms. Teresa Tasyo Mendoza serves as the Guidance Counselor at Syndesi School, providing academic, personal, and emotional support to students throughout their educational journey. A Summa Cum Laude graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Guidance and Counseling and a licensed Guidance Counselor who passed the Philippine Guidance Counselor Licensure Examination, she brings academic excellence and professional expertise to her role. She supports students in making positive decisions, building resilience, and reaching their academic and personal goals.

Mr. Basilio Andres Navarro is dedicated to supporting student growth, leadership, and well-being. He coordinates student programs, activities, and initiatives that encourage learners to develop confidence, responsibility, and strong interpersonal skills. Through mentorship and guidance, he helps students discover their strengths and become active members of the school community.

Ms. Clara Beatriz de los Santos oversees the school's administrative operations with dedication, efficiency, and attention to detail. She plays an important role in maintaining smooth school processes and ensuring that students, parents, and faculty receive excellent support. Her commitment to organized systems and responsive service helps create a welcoming and productive environment for the entire Syndesi School community.

Ms. Sofia Andrea Villarama serves as the Technology and Innovation Coordinator at Syndesi School, leading the integration of technology and digital learning initiatives. She holds TESDA ICT-related certification, Microsoft Certified Educator, Google Certified Educator, and CompTIA A+ certification, supporting her expertise in educational technology and technical solutions. She promotes digital literacy, creativity, and responsible technology use while helping students and teachers prepare for a technology-driven future.

Mr. Gabriel Lorenzo Santos manages the school's partnerships, community engagement programs, and communication initiatives. He works closely with parents, organizations, and stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and build meaningful connections within the Syndesi School community. Through outreach programs and community initiatives, he helps promote the school's commitment to service, excellence, and lifelong learning.
